Claudia is our youthful and enthusiastic host. Originally from Gran Canaria she has dedicated here life studying hospitality around the world. Her friendly personality and passion for creating a vibrant community will make you feel at home. Claudia is the heart and soul of our co-living space, and is always happy to show you around, share insider tips, and create unforgettable experiences.
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes in your travel plans.
• 15 days prior to your scheduled check in date, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.
• 7 days prior to your check in date, we will refund 50% of the amount paid.
• Less than 7 days prior your check in date, refund will not be made.
However, please note that cancellations may affect our ability to rebook the space, so we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy.
At Al Alba, we prioritize creating a welcoming environment where guests feel at home. To ensure a pleasant experience, we have a few rules:
1. Respect housemates and keep noise levels low, especially during quiet hours.
2. No smoking inside; designated outdoor areas are available.
3. Treat our furniture and belongings with care and respect.
4. Our co-living is exclusively for adults to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. By following these rules, we can all enjoy a harmonious living experience
Yes, guests are welcome at our co-living for work or relaxation. There’s an 8€ daily fee per guest, covering facility use and maintaining a comfortable environment.
For overnight stays, there’s an additional 12€ per night fee. Guests are limited to a maximum of two nights and need staff approval in advance.
We prioritize your comfort and are available to address any concerns or questions about our guest policy. Please feel free to contact us for assistance.
Al Alba is ideally located, providing a peaceful retreat in a residential area with nearby amenities. Within steps, you’ll find a supermarket, pharmacy, gym, coffee shop, and a public library. The bus stop to the city center, offering various routes, is just a one-minute walk from our house.
